Financial services software vendor TAS has hired Andrew Quartermaine as its new chief operating officer (COO) and general manager of TAS International Business.
Quartermaine joins TAS as it looks to strengthen its international footprint
Quartermaine brings nearly 30 years worth of payments industry experience to the role, ranging from start-ups to senior positions at multinational corporations including NCR and First Data Corporation.
He joins TAS from ACI, where he spent seven years as director of merchant retail for Europe and vice president of customer success.
Quartermaine’s expertise in P&L management, customer relationship management and new market entry strategy “makes him a perfect fit”, TAS says, as it looks to boost its growth in international markets following its acquisition by Rivean Capital.
TAS, which provides software and services for banking and financial applications, recently acquired the entire share capital of Astro IT, a company that specialises in the application management and system integration of software solutions for banking, insurance and large corporates.
