Hong Kong interior design firm Junee Limited (JNEE) has filed to conduct a $20M US initial public offering.

Junee didn’t specify the number and pricing of the shares to be offered, but indicated in its filing fee schedule that it would seek to raise up to $20M.

The company has applied to list its shares on Nasdaq. Univest Securities is serving as lead bookrunner.

Incorporated in the British Virgin Islands as a holding company, Junee conducts business through a subsidiary in Hong Kong. The company specializes in interior design, fit-in and maintenance services for commercial and residential clients in Hong Kong.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021, Junee reported net income of $425k on revenue of $6.3M.
