Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 5.74% or 1.75 points to trade at 32.25 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:) added 5.15% or 1.27 points to end at 25.95 and Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:) was up 5.03% or 0.96 points to 20.06 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (TADAWUL:), which fell 2.66% or 3.80 points to trade at 138.80 at the close. Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:) declined 2.44% or 0.30 points to end at 12.00 and Hail Cement Company (TADAWUL:) was down 2.38% or 0.28 points to 11.50.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 152 to 95 and 15 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $80.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.74% or 1.46 to hit $85.49 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.29% or 24.55 to trade at $1,923.35 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.13% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 101.96.
